Return & Exchange Policy – Unworried Clothing
At Unworried Clothing, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or store credit subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Exchange & Store Credit
- Exchange or store credit requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned item(s) must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In perfect condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and invoice/receipt
We recommend packing the item securely to avoid damage during transit. Any item that is damaged, used, incomplete, altered, washed, or soiled will not qualify for exchange or store credit.
The final decision regarding the condition of returned products will be at the sole discretion of Unworried Clothing. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return guidelines.

Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup within 3–5 business days depending on service availability.
In certain locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers will be required to self-ship the parcel and share tracking details with us.
Shipping & Responsibility
Unworried Clothing works with third-party courier partners for deliveries and returns. While we try our best to ensure a smooth process, we have limited control over courier operations.
If a returned package is received damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, the return request may be rejected and the customer may be held responsible.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the final store credit amount.
Inspection & Store Credit
Once we receive your returned product(s), they will undergo a quality inspection within 2–4 business days.
After approval:
- You will receive an exchange option or
- Store credit equivalent to the purchase amount
Store credit:
- Will be issued for the amount paid for eligible item(s)
- Will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Cannot be transferred to cash or bank refunds
Important Notes
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. If cancellation is requested, the amount will only be issued as store credit.
- Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products purchased using store credit are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Only one exchange is permitted per order.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order details and clear images/videos of the issue.
